Apple Hill

Dee and I planned a fun day to Apple Hill since the kids are off track. It's only a little over an hour drive and so pretty this time of year! The weather was absolutely perfect! We were happy to escape the yucky wind at home. We started off our adventure at High Hill!

The kids were playing around the pond and Jack made a friend. Of course!

Next thing you know, he's fishing! This is Sam. He's from Sacramento. He fishes up there once a week. He's a nice man.

The boys had fun kicking the ball up the hill for a long time.

Apple Hill is known for all it's yummy treats so we had to get some apple donuts and Pink Lady apples of course! 

We tried to find a Pick-your-own apple orchard but all the trees were empty :( So we headed over to Apple Ridge Farms to see some farm animals and buy some pie!

They had little cups of food you could buy to feed the goats.

They had a trail there so I took the big kids on a walk and Dee stayed with Calista since she hurt her toe and couldn't walk without limping :(
