Our friends Carlos and Tasha,who live across the street from the Green Park decided to throw a block party for the Fourth! She invited her friends, family and neighbors and a few of us who go to that park after school with our kids. We were supposed to bring side dishes and drinks to share and meet at the park! They had a jump house, slip n slide and all kinds of pop up shades set up. (no pics) The kids had a great time playing together and all the adults enjoyed the yummy BBQ that Carlos made. Even though it was near triple digits that day!
Once it got dark they busted out a ton of sparklers for the kids and put on a little street side fireworks show!
