Boating with the Strattons

We had this on the calendar for months! Our dear friends are moving to the Bay Area and we really wanted to make sure we got them out on the boat before then. They have been house hunting every weekend so it was really fun for them to step away from that for a day! We started off fishing in a little spot but only Eric caught a fish, so we took the kids tubing instead!

Jack, Jonah and Kacie started off on the tube. The boys loved it! 

We drove to the Waterfront in Downtown Stockton for the first time and got to see a huge ship! We stopped for dinner at a yummy Mexican restaurant and were able to tie the boat to a dock. That was a fun new experience!

Abby, Steve and Riley got to take a turn on the way back as we were driving into the sunset. Poor Steve-o! Nicolas had a turn also :)

We had a great time together! We sure will miss our friends being only a half hour away :(
