Promotion and Last Day of Kindergarden

The kids sang a few songs they learned for all the mommies and daddies while everyone trickled in. They did promotion on Wednesday and Friday was their last day of school.

This is the view of the kinder playground out our upstairs bathroom window. Sometimes I would sit there and watch him play for a few minutes. I could see who he sat by for lunch or who he was playing with and what they were playing. It was pretty neat. Since the school is so close to our house, we would drive by and the kids would be outside so we would roll down our windows and say hello. Abby loved it when we would do that!

On the last day of school the kids gave Mrs. Gravert a group gift certificate for a salon/spa. Jack also got her a little something extra, stuff from Bath and Body Works. She loved it!

He's a first grader now! Oh my goodness! We plan to have lots of playdates over the summer because Jack made lots of friends that he will miss starting tomorrow!
