Ally's spontanious trip to Cali

Ally is always asking us to send her a plane ticket! Whether it be a phone call, a message on Facebook or a text-she's relentless! So we finally abliged :)

back story:

Eric is in a fantasy football league (well two actually) that has the draft in Las Vegas every year. I was going to be staying home with the kids by myself for the weekend soI had the idea of having Ally fly in to help me and celebrate her 16th birthday. done and done.

It was really fun to spend time with just her. She is of course super helpful with the kids since she's a very experienced babysitter! Her parents borrow money from her she does so well!

We had a great time hanging out enjoying the sunshine together. Ally always says she's a California girl at heart and this is where she belongs :) Most likely she'll be attending college here in a few years. She has UCLA on the brain and she's smart enough too!

One fun thing we did a lot of was play Rock Band on the Wii. But that's a whole separate post!

Our birthday gift to her was a photo session with Dee. We did a little shopping for a new outfit and headed out one night to a local park. Dee got some really great pic's of her that we all loved! We also ordered her a poster size collage for her room.
