After lunch we went home and packed our bags and headed straight for the beach! This beach was literally 5 minutes from their house! It was such a beautiful day!
The kids got right down to digging for sand crabs!
Jack could do that for HOURS!
The dads decided to dig a big hole and bury the boys...
...it took awhile!

Angie and I had a great time just relaxing in the sun :)

The next day we went to another cool park and played for awhile. It's right across from the beach! It had some more amazing whale sculptures! Makes me happy :)
The boys played some ball.
There's a restaurant in the harbor that is famous for it's amazingly fresh seafood. Brophy's was up next on the agenda! Since I don't care for seafood or kids in nice restaurants, I offered to take the littles to the beach while they enjoyed all the creatures of the sea! I made lots of points for that. To of only had one day at the beach would of been sad.

As you can see from this picture, it was a little chilly because the wind was bitter cold. Picture me with my windbreaker hood on and beach towels wrapped all around me. But I loved watching the kids have a great time and all the wind surfers!
Such a fun weekend! We'd like to make Fiesta an annual tradition! Hopefully we'll get invited back!
