Our turn to have the boat fell on Labor Day! It was a perfect day to go out so we invited the Gallardo family to join us! The weather was perfect and we had a great time inner tubing and just being in the sunshine.

Believe it or not-Calista fell asleep with all the noise of the boat!
Isabelle just giggled at how fast we were going and having the wind blow her. It was really cute.

Next up was Freddie. He had never been on a ski boat or inner tubed before!
He did pretty well considering Eric was pretty rough on him. He ended up flipping him and scaring Dee and I! Poor Freddie was sore the next few days :(
Then it was my turn. Eric has strict orders to be nice to me or else!
I have mad skills! Really I'm just trying to stay inside the wake. I like to keep it nice and smooth.

Dee took Issy out for a ride. We had to convince all 3 kids to try it.
She was not a fan!
Then it was Jack's turn...can you see the hesitation?
...and he was not a fan either! We finally realized we were doing it wrong. It's better to have the kids sit upright instead of laying in our laps. The tube just leaned forward into the water making the kids feel unsafe.
Then Abby gave it a try the new way and still only lasted a few minutes.
Dee and Isabelle gave the new way a try and she had fun. She gave it a thumbs up!

Dee talked Abby into going with her for a spin. We couldn't convince Jack the new way was better. He's scarred for life! haha!
